About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Returns Processor for the First (1st) Shift. This position involves opening and verifying returned merchandise, scanning items, and placing freight in proper locations. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience dealing with returns, be able to stand for long periods, and work under pressure.

Requirements

Six months warehouse experience dealing with returns.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Must be able to work under pressure.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Material handling equipment certification
Six months warehouse experience
Six months forklift operation experience

Responsibilities

Opens and verifies returned merchandise, scans merchandise, and places freight in proper locations.
Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product. May require using powered equipment.
Verify proper item is in the original packaging in preparation for scanning.
Assure accurate and proper processing of all freight utilizing the scanning system.
Identify items that require special processing or separation (e.g. hazardous material, store services, research, salvage).
Ensure that scanned freight reaches the appropriate destination (e.g. slot, destroy, salvage).
Stack and tape pallets in a safe manner.
Observe all safety and sanitation standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
