About The Position

Corsair is looking for reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated individuals to join their RMA Department as Returns Processors in Duluth, GA. This role involves scanning and processing parcel packages, testing computer peripherals, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a small team, adhere to a work schedule, and manage duties with minimal supervision. The role may involve handling packages up to 50 lbs and requires a sense of urgency for task completion. Assistance to other department areas may be needed to support service levels.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Experience working in a warehouse setting preferred
Attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a team
Dependable
Able to read, write, and follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance
Must be able to successfully pass post-offer background check

Willingness to work weekends and long hours if necessary, during busy periods

Responsibilities

Scanning and processing parcel packages to and from sorting areas.
Testing of computer peripherals such as mice, keyboards, power supplies, etc.
Ability to work independently and in a small team, adhere to work schedule and manage regular duties with minimal supervision.
Frequently handle packages less than 10 lbs, may handle up to 50 lbs.
Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for task completion.
Assist other areas of the department to support service levels.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
