The most important aspect of this position is to perform all returns processes including receipts, dispositions, destructions, and delivery of inbound parcels that are not customer returns.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
  • EVERSANA power equipment certification (PIT) is required.
  • Good verbal and written skills are required.
  • Basic math skills are required, but a calculator may be used.
  • Good attendance and ability to follow instructions without deviation are also required.
  • Ability to work a variable shift schedule as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a distribution environment preferred.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to focus on detail and quality.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to efficiently use IT hardware, software and peripherals as it pertains to the performance of daily tasks.
  • Ability to safely and efficiently operate power equipment in a confined environment.

  • Ability to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision on a daily basis.

  • Ability to safely operate fork lift equipment without incident.
  • Ability to maintain zero defect performance.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Facilitate a safe operational environment by strictly complying with all EVERSANA safety requirements; this includes the accurate completion of pre and post lift truck equipment checklists.
  • Adhere to all formal standard operating procedures related to returns.
  • Participate in problem solving, if errors or issues occur with returns processes.
  • Ability to formulate emails to EVERSANA staff as a means of communication.
  • Perform all tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
  • Operate power equipment.
  • Support projects as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned
