About The Position

We are looking for a well-rounded, flexible individual to join our Team to supervise the returns process. This is a full-time position located at the Bob's Discount Furniture Distribution Center in Piscataway, NJ. The role involves scanning returns, printing labels, communicating with delivery personnel, maintaining facility organization, managing daily return reports for product control, supporting other warehouse areas as needed, and assisting with nightly truck load-outs.

Requirements

• Computer software skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift more than 80-100 lbs. frequently
• Ability to count accurately
• Pass a pre-employment physical / drug test / criminal background
• Must successfully complete pre-employment testing / background / drug screening / physical exam.
• Seeing and hearing: Read documents, computer screen.
• Standing and walking: 75-100 %
• Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling: 75-100 %
• Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, and writing: 0-24 %
• Lift in excess of 80+ pounds: 0-24 %

Responsibilities

• Scan returns and print return labels.
• Address and communicate concerns with 3rd party delivery personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility.
• Manage daily return reports to maintain product control.
• Support other areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Supports load-out each night for all trucks.
• Support 7-10 trucks daily.
