About The Position

This position is based in Addison, IL, at our headquarters, where you will join a thriving team. As a member of our Returns Team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence. Our Returns Associates are responsible for accurately processing returned materials, rental equipment, and industrial gas cylinders while maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate credits. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers
Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Visual, hearing, and verbal communication abilities required
Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions, including exposure to noise and fumes
Ability to use hands and fingers to operate equipment and computer systems

Nice To Haves

One year of warehouse experience or experience in a similar role preferred
Previous forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

Process returned materials accurately using warehouse and inventory management systems
Enter return transactions and customer credits while maintaining complete documentation
Inspect, organize, and process returned industrial gas cylinders
Evaluate returned rental equipment and complete required inspection checklists
Process rental return paperwork and support rental billing activities
Inspect, clean, sort, and restock returned linear products
Maintain accurate inventory records and departmental documentation
Assist with departmental workflow as needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
