Requirements

• 2–3 years of warehouse returns experience
• Confidence using inventory software / WMS systems
• Knowledge of modern fulfillment + warehouse best practices
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound customer & vendor returns
• Log RMA numbers, tracking info, item details
• Inspect products to decide if they’re re-sellable, repairable, or headed for retirement
• Snap clear, detailed photos for claims & documentation
• Assign skid numbers and bin locations
• Keep inventory counts accurate
• Prep and process “Return to Stock” transfers + manage red-tag items
• Stay on top of RMA emails and submissions
• Repack, rebox, restack — making products warehouse-ready
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
