About The Position
Morgan Stanley's Return to Work Program in Chicago is designed for experienced professionals who have taken a career break and are looking to re-enter the workforce. This 16-week paid program, running from January 18, 2027, to May 7, 2027, aims to place participants in roles that match their existing expertise while providing comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development. The program welcomes motivated candidates from diverse industries and backgrounds, valuing the unique skills and experiences gained outside of traditional work environments. Requirements
- Individuals who have been out of the workforce for two or more years.
- The two-year eligibility requirement will be calculated as of the January 2027 program start date.
- Highly motivated candidates from a diverse range of industries and skills.
- Must have taken a career break.
