About The Position

The Return Clerk is part of the team in Columbus, Ohio, and processes orders and customer service requests related to orders. The role includes researching packing slips, handling return-related transactions for terminated distributors, generating reports and lists, entering data into AS400 or specified reports, distributing reports, and filing paperwork. The position is listed at $23.66–$25.48 per hour, with a Monday–Friday first-shift schedule of 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Prior administrative experience in a warehouse environment.
Ability to key data proficiently and accurately.
Working knowledge of a Windows-based PC, AS400, and JDA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic mathematical skills and ability to understand numerical information.
Ability to work well with others and under restrictive deadlines.
Agility in performing job duties.
Knowledge of tools, brands, and product numbers.
Ability to lift and maneuver 40 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

Process daily orders.
Troubleshoot and resolve order issues.
Perform customer service requests pertaining to orders.
Research open packing slips and slips needed to justify GCDs.
Process MRAs for terminated distributors.
Generate lists and reports, and process pull requests.
Enter data into AS400 or specified reports.
Distribute reports as appropriate.
File appropriate paperwork.
