The Retrofit Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and customer suppliers, coordinating communications and ensuring the successful execution of assigned major projects. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring all contractual obligations, including the preparation of customer documents and project drawings, are met. The Project Manager will represent the Company in coordination meetings, monitor project activities to ensure cost and margin targets are achieved, and take responsibility for the overall project schedule and administrative procedures. Additionally, the role requires negotiating claims, reporting progress against plans, and implementing corrective actions as needed. The Project Manager will also act as a liaison between Order Management and Engineering, coordinate with Purchasing for timely procurement of critical components, and maintain regular communication with customers regarding project status and technical issues. This position supports field service planning and fosters strong communication across various internal departments to ensure efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.
