The Retirement Relationship Manager serves as the primary strategic advisor and relationship lead for an assigned portfolio of retirement plan clients. This role is responsible for deepening client relationships, delivering consultative retirement plan guidance, ensuring operational excellence, and driving overall client satisfaction and retention. Acting as the face of Navia Retirement, the Relationship Manager partners closely with plan sponsors, financial advisors, payroll providers, and internal service teams to deliver a seamless client experience across recordkeeping, compliance, fiduciary support, and participant engagement. This position blends relationship management, retirement plan consulting, and business development.
