About The Position

As a Bilingual Retirement Plan Services Representative, you will be the voice of Vanguard and an advocate for clients, helping to build hundreds of financial futures. In this role, you will provide high-quality service across Institutional Participant Services by supporting external employers' 401(k) plan participants with their dynamic and complex needs. You will be assisting with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, and financial and clerical transactions via inbound phone calls and written communication. This role will allow you to build your financial acumen and communications skills into a successful career.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills to engage with clients and "crew".
  • Customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience.
  • A learner’s mentality and an appetite for financial acumen.
  • Ability to complete the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam and obtain the Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines.
  • Spanish bilingual proficiency.
