This role will assist with the preparation of quarterly investment management documentation, learn and apply fee analysis and benchmarking practices, develop basic plan review meeting materials, track key dates and events for clients and advisors, and assist with plan amendments and recordkeeper fund changes. The associate will also review retirement plan invoices, update fee and service agreements, support new business and lost business processes, provide general support to advisors and clients, compile basic fund line-up proposals, assist with communication related to fund or plan changes, schedule and follow up on client meetings, participate in RFP due diligence research, assist with planning and scheduling participant education sessions, conduct research and develop basic communication materials for participant education, learn and manage reminders for fiduciary and financial academy opportunities, and update Salesforce data. The role requires managing personal productivity in Salesforce and contributing to team success, as well as supporting the implementation of Workplace to Wealth strategies.
