Requirements
- 2+ years consultative or relationship-based sales experience preferred
- Strong sales performance and CRM skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retirement living, healthcare, or hospitality an asset
- Business/marketing education an asset
Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy, move-ins, and revenue targets
- Manage full sales cycle: inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and closing
- Conduct personalized residence tours
- Maintain CRM, pipeline, and accurate forecasting
- Execute local outreach and build referral relationships
- Attend community events and generate qualified leads
- Provide empathetic guidance to prospects and families through decision-making and move-in
- Ensure smooth transition in collaboration with operations teams
- Track sales activity, leads, and performance metrics
- Monitor local market and competitors
