As an operations strategist, they will manage all department operations, ensure compliance with collective agreements, and optimize fiscal resource allocation. They will also implement and maintain policies to meet industry standards and regulations while achieving financial targets. As a sales champion, the Executive Director will focus on sales and occupancy, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets, and actively promote the residence in the local market. As a financial performance expert, they will set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit. As a customer service advocate, they will build strong relationships with employees, residents, and their families, seeking feedback for continuous improvement. Positive relationships with regional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies are also expected.
