About The Position

ValuTeachers is seeking motivated professionals to join us as Retirement Education Specialists. This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential, designed for individuals who want to build something meaningful while controlling their own growth and income. You will be in business for yourself, but never by yourself. Our agents are supported by an established market, a proven system, and experienced mentorship to help you succeed from day one. The role involves educating school employees on retirement options and strategies, delivering group and individual education presentations, building long-term client relationships based on trust and service, and providing ongoing support and guidance as clients move toward retirement. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who take ownership of their success and are motivated by both results and impact. Requirements

  • Experienced in Life Insurance or the 403b space
  • Previous experience in public education for at least 10 years
  • Ability to confidently deliver group and individual presentations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule
  • Commitment to duplicating our proven business model
  • Willingness to attend ongoing training and continue professional development
  • A service-driven approach to supporting clients
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • Life insurance license, Series 6 or 65 in your resident state (or willingness to obtain)
