About The Position
ValuTeachers is seeking motivated professionals to join us as Retirement Education Specialists. The role involves educating school employees on retirement options and strategies, delivering presentations, building long-term client relationships, and providing ongoing support. Requirements
- Experienced in Life Insurance or the 403b space
- Previous experience in public education for at least 10 years
- Ability to confidently deliver group and individual presentations
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- A self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule
- Commitment to duplicating our proven business model
- Willingness to attend ongoing training and continue professional development
- A service-driven approach to supporting clients
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Life insurance license, Series 6 or 65 in your resident state (or willingness to obtain)
