We are hiring an On-Site Bilingual Spanish or Creole Speaking Retention Specialist! We offer weekly pay between $23.00-$24.00 an hour! Office hours Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:00pm or 9am-5:30pm. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong verbal skills, including listening, advising, and consulting.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish or Creole (preferred).
Prior experience in home health care and knowledge of HHA Exchange (a plus).

Responsibilities

Manage a full schedule of calls with existing clients to ensure they continue receiving our services.
Follow up on Medicaid eligibility issues and obtain updated medical documentation from patients.
Stay organized and ensure all processes are followed to retain patient services.
Transfer qualified and converted callers to the appropriate departments and manage patient information in Salesforce.
Work with diverse patients across New York State, providing top-notch customer service.
