About The Position

Lincoln Tech's WorkforceLinc Division is seeking a Retention Facilitator to work directly with graduates, employer partners, and the education team to ensure long-term success after training ends. This role focuses on mentorship and support for individuals in the skilled trades, turning career starts into sustained growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Background mentoring, coaching, or developing technicians in the skilled trades
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and accountability
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook) and other platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in training, workforce development, or vocational education
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems

Responsibilities

  • Support graduates through professional and personal development as they begin and grow in their careers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and key employer leaders
  • Develop action plans to help learners overcome challenges and stay on track
  • Collaborate with the WorkforceLinc Education Team on program support and continuous improvement
  • Maintain clear communication, documentation, and learner progress tracking
  • Help create positive outcomes for both graduates and employer partners
