We are looking for a CRO Lead - a strategic, data-driven leader who will drive our global growth, revenue strategy, and go-to-market success across multiple brands and business lines.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in conversion optimization, retention, lifecycle marketing, growth, or related roles.
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of improving conversion, retention, and revenue through experimentation and data-driven optimization.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, subscription economics, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and behavioral analytics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, VWO, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full customer funnel and drive continuous experimentation to improve conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies focused on increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) and reducing churn.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of conversion, CRM, or growth specialists.
  • Identify optimization opportunities across onboarding, subscription flows, pricing, lifecycle communication, and user journeys.
  • Build and manage an experimentation roadmap including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and retention initiatives.
  • Use analytics and customer insights to make high-impact decisions and continuously improve performance metrics.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs including conversion rates, retention, churn, CAC, and LTV.
