About The Position
Join the excitement of game days and events at the iconic Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Retail Warehouse team and help deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests. This role involves receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise, preparing items for sale, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of warehouse and stock areas. You will also assist with display setups, fulfill merchandise requests for various teams, and tag products. Additionally, you will greet guests in a friendly manner, provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about merchandise, process sales using the POS system, and communicate effectively with team members. Maintaining knowledge of current merchandise, sales, and promotions is key, as are performing opening and closing duties related to merchandise displays and restocking.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, and customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and as required for stadium events.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging from 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
- Frequently required to use fingers and hands to type, enter data, or operate equipment
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas within the warehouse and retail floor.
- Pick and prepare merchandise for retail sales, special events, or store restocking needs.
- Perform regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock records.
- Restock sales floor with merchandise in timely and organized manner to support retail operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and stock areas, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in setting up and breakdown of displays and fixtures as needed.
- Support Team Shop and E-commerce teams by fulfilling merchandise requests.
- Assist with product tagging, labeling, and ticketing as required.
- Greeting guests in friendly and welcoming manner always ensures a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests.
- Answer guests' questions regarding merchandise, prices, and product availability.
- Accurately ring up merchandise, ensuring correct totals, and process payments on the Point-of-Sale (POS) system; adheres to Levy's Payment Integrity Policy.
- Effectively communicate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintains knowledge of current merchandise, sales, and promotions to assist guests in finding desired products.
- Performs opening and closing duties, including set up and breakdown of merchandise displays, restocking, folding, and putting away merchandise.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
