About The Position

The Retail Warehouse Associate maintains optimal inventory levels on the sales floor and collaborates with the Visual Merchandiser to support effective product placement. The role oversees warehouse operations, including product setup, wrapping, and storage for customer pickup or delivery, while keeping the warehouse clean and organized. The associate also supports store operating-cost reduction and performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
At least 18 years old.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Able to lift and transport objects over 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Repeatedly manually unload and load products from semi-trailers.
Maintain floor inventory by arranging the showroom and setting up incoming products, transferring items from the warehouse to the sales floor, and monitoring product quality.
Remove sold products from the floor, wrap and store them for delivery, or load them into customer vehicles for pickup.
Coordinate with the Visual team daily or weekly to prioritize showroom arrangements and incoming merchandise.
Document product receipts and handle other clerical aspects of warehouse operations.
Receive, distribute, and install parts for repairs to floor samples as needed.
Organize and maintain the warehouse, perform general housekeeping, and keep the backroom clean.
Perform building maintenance and minor repairs as necessary.
Complete and submit the weekly warehouse checklist.
Work to reduce store operating expenses related to warehouse functions.
Communicate with others and provide supervision and leadership.
Fulfill other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
