About The Position

We are looking for Retail Warehouse Associates to stock, organize, inventory merchandise, and sell goods at the Oasis at Death Valley. This role is responsible for the daily operation of the Retail Warehouse. The personality and professionalism of our retail team will instill confidence in our guests and will have a direct influence on the environment. Our mission is to provide legendary service to our guests visiting from all over the world, and your work is instrumental to our success.

Requirements

Two years experience in ordering and receiving in a retail environment preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Strong computer and mathematical skills.
Excellent guest service skills to include assistance to the public.
Maintain Xanterra appearance and grooming standards as established in the Employee Handbook and Retail Department.
Must be available to work all shifts to include weekends and holidays.
Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Physically able to work standing for eight hours, and must have the endurance to function in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. up to shoulder height.
Must be able to withstand working in extreme outdoor summer temperatures.
Frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, twist, reach, and grasp.

Responsibilities

Keep store stocked at prescribed levels, build & maintain displays for merchandise.
Coordinate with our Warehouse Clerk to ensure all receiving memos are properly completed in a timely manner.
Work to assure the integrity of the Retail inventory through various analysis and reports.
Drive Retail van to specific locations, load, and unload merchandise. Distribute merchandise correctly to Retail outlets as directed.
Other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager/Director.
Must be able to demonstrate professional and courteous behavior with all guests and employees.
All other duties as assigned.
