About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for Retail Travel Associates - Inventory. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The starting wage is $15.25 - $20.25 per hour. This job keeps you active and rewards hard work by helping top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required as all necessary training will be provided. The team works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment, traveling weekly to customer locations across their region. Responsibilities include counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and meeting productivity goals to increase earnings. The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, and working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.

Requirements

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
