Retail Travel Associate - Inventory
About The Position
WIS International is hiring immediately for a Part-Time Retail Travel Associate focused on inventory. This role involves traveling weekly to customer locations, primarily in the home improvement segment, to count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners. The position requires maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, meeting productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance-based pay program, and demonstrating core company values. This is an active job that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
- Opportunity to become a paid driver– certification required
Responsibilities
