About The Position

WIS International is seeking active individuals to join their team as Retail Travel Associates, focusing on inventory counting for top retailers. This role involves traveling weekly to customer locations, using handheld scanners to count and record inventory, and maintaining accuracy and productivity. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. This is an active job that requires standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using handheld technology
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
Opportunity to become a paid driver– certification required

Responsibilities

Travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region.
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance-based pay program.
Travel to retail locations.
