Retail Travel Associate - Inventory – Driver
About The Position
WIS International is looking for active individuals to join their team and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. This role involves traveling with a team weekly to customer locations, primarily in the home improvement segment, and safely transporting employees. Responsibilities include counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining accuracy, meeting productivity goals for performance-based pay increases, and traveling to retail locations. The role also emphasizes leading by example and demonstrating core company values.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights.
- No degree required.

- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
Responsibilities
