Retail Travel Associate - Inventory – Driver
About The Position
WIS International is hiring immediately for a Part-Time Retail Travel Associate - Inventory – Driver. This role involves helping top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The starting wage is $17.50 - $22.50 per hour. This is an active job that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
- Climbing ladders when needed.
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region.
- Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
- Travel to retail locations.
