About The Position

A Visionworks Sales Lead is the face of the business and helps ensure a positive experience for every patient and customer. The Third Key is trained and knowledgeable about optics, products and services, and managed vision care, and guides customers through the Visionworks experience to meet their eyewear needs. The role supports daily sales and store operational goals, including opening and closing the store as needed in lead positions.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
Engage with patients and customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
Measure patients and customers for eyewear and maintain optical and product knowledge through ongoing training and development to help ensure eyewear is right the first time.
Troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary.
Execute day-to-day operational activities that support the store’s financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as needed in lead positions.
