The Retail Territory Manager will be a remote employee working within their assigned territory, focusing on managing Home Depot and Lowes accounts, or a combination of both. This role involves managing retail accounts and daily activities, including retail account visits. The position requires analyzing metrics from SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to strategically plan customer routing schedules. The goal is to drive top-line sales, meet quarterly and annual POS goals, and partner with store and district managers to align strategies with retail-specific objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing POS data and promotional performance to create individualized sales plans, collaborating with Sales Operations on inventory needs for promotions, and executing national event activations and local territory activations to drive sales and market share. The role also involves implementing national overdrive strategies, engaging key decision-makers to present initiatives, and partnering with retail service partners through store and district-level engagement, including monthly meetings and quality walks. Leveraging sales enablement tools to identify sales gaps and develop closing plans, managing inventory, and writing retailer-specific orders are key. Additionally, the role requires establishing and maintaining relationships with professional end-users (Pro) through job site blitzes, product training, and product seeding, executing monthly job site visits aligned with retailer pro strategies, and managing budgets (T&E, Demo Tool) to drive profitability.
