Retail Team Member
About The Position
Whistle Workwear is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to support the continued success of their store. This role involves providing customers with helpful information about products and services, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a friendly and professional customer experience. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, replenishing merchandise, processing sales transactions accurately, and ensuring correct pricing and labeling of merchandise. The team member will contribute to achieving daily sales objectives in a collaborative, close-knit team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services
- Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone
- Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service
- Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed
- Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution
- Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly
- Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives
