About The Position
Kid to Kid is not your average resale store. We’re part of a growing movement that helps families save money, reduce waste, and keep kids looking great. We buy and sell gently used kids’ clothing, toys, shoes, and baby gear in the brands families love. Every day brings new inventory and new customers excited to see what has come in. As a Buyer and Retail Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the action. You’ll evaluate incoming items, choose the best pieces for our store, and help create a shopping experience customers love.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate gently used clothing, toys, and baby gear.
- Select the best items that meet our quality standards and current trends.
- Set fair and competitive prices based on brand, condition, and demand.
- Merchandise products in attractive displays that make customers excited to shop.
- Provide friendly, helpful service while assisting families with buying, selling, and shopping.
- Help maintain a clean, organized store.
- Process transactions at the register.
