About The Position

As a Retail Team Lead, you are responsible for being an insurance expert in addition to motivating, coaching, and encouraging employees. By your leadership, the goals, purpose, and vision for the employees will be brought into focus and executed by your ability to collaborate and build relationships. This is a Full-Time career working out of our Calgary Fisher Street branch location.

Requirements

• Level 2 General Insurance License is required.
• Strong knowledge of Epic Broker Management system.
• Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
• Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
• Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Completion or working towards obtaining a CAIB or CIP designation is an asset.
