About The Position
Purdys Chocolatier, voted one of Canada's Best Employers, is seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead for their Victoria Bay Centre shop. This role reports to the Shop Management and assists in ensuring efficient operations related to merchandising, customer service, and general shop functions, adhering to company policies. The Team Lead will guide staff, focusing on customer engagement, driving sales, and fostering a positive team environment. The company values diversity and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. This position requires availability for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry.
- Self-motivated and driven for results.
- Enthusiastic about selling a quality product.
