Requirements

2+ years in a Team Lead level leadership role.
1+ years general retail experience.
Be a role model and leader of exceptional customer service.
Convey knowledge in a user-friendly manner.
Positively engage associates often.
Collaborate with departments, such as pricing, to synchronize on product movement.

Responsibilities

Be on the floor about 85% of the time.
Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Motivate associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Resolve customer issues via a win/win approach.
Act as a right-hand to the Department Manager, assisting with team performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.
