Requirements
- 2+ years in a Team Lead level leadership role.
- 1+ years general retail experience.
- Be a role model and leader of exceptional customer service.
- Convey knowledge in a user-friendly manner.
- Positively engage associates often.
- Collaborate with departments, such as pricing, to synchronize on product movement.
Responsibilities
- Be on the floor about 85% of the time.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Motivate associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer issues via a win/win approach.
- Act as a right-hand to the Department Manager, addressing team performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.
