About The Position

The Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist at Nike, represents Nike in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customers in making informed product choices, delivers customer service in line with Nike’s Service Principles, and works collaboratively with teammates to meet store goals and create a positive customer experience. The position is at the Nike Factory Store in Leesburg, Virginia, and is full-time at 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to provide authentic customer service so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
