Requirements

  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
  • Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
  • Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts
  • Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
  • No degree needed
  • Have no experience or returning to the workforce
  • Have military experience
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and train Inventory Associates
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow
  • Lead & Engage: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting and executing directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team
