About The Position

This role is perfect for people who love to train and drive for results. As a Retail Supervisor, you will coach and train Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy and consistency. You will follow a clear, consistent workflow and serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns. You will support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Access to reliable transportation
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

• Qualified van driver (must be at least 21 years old)
• Able to drive a personal vehicle for business needs (must be at least 18 years old)
