About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a customer-service-oriented Retail Stylist who is passionate about people and serving as an ambassador for the brand. The role focuses on becoming a product expert who can educate, inform, and outfit customers for any occasion while supporting a positive in-store shopping experience. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027. The position reports to the Store Manager.

• Must be at least 18 years old or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift and/or move approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to use hands or fingers and handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Cash handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a positive customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Keep clientele informed about current promotions and merchandise that may interest them in the future.
• Respond to customer questions and handle interactions or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Process payments by cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
