About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You represent the organization and its culture positively, while sharing its inspired designs and purpose-driven brand. The role involves helping guests find products and personal styles that suit their needs, contributing to store performance, and supporting the team across salesfloor, Colorbar, events, and operations.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with guests, using WOW Service Principles to connect with them and make a difference in their day.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to grow the brand footprint and improve store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and suggest products that fit their needs and personal style.
• Flex between the salesfloor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively help resolve guest concerns and maintain a positive experience.
• Support the team in providing WOW experiences for guests, including behind-the-scenes work.
