About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing outstanding service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You represent the organization and its culture positively, sharing a passion for its designs and purpose-driven brand.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest relationships, using WOW Service Principles to connect with guests and make a difference in their day.
• Set goals and work to achieve them by building guest connections, growing the brand footprint, and supporting store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures and act with integrity.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Flex between the salesfloor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively help resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences.
• Support the team in providing excellent guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
