About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Stylist who is customer-service oriented and passionate about people. The Retail Stylist serves as a brand ambassador and product expert, educating, informing, and outfitting customers for any occasion. This temporary position is anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027. The role is in the Marketing-Retail department and reports to the Store Manager.

The position involves engaging customers on the sales floor, supporting sales and merchandising, processing payments, assisting with inventory, and helping maintain a positive shopping experience. Employees may also be assigned other job-related duties. The work environment typically has a low to moderate noise level. • Have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to frequently lift or move approximately 50 pounds.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, or kneel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a positive customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Keep clientele informed about current promotions and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Respond to customers’ questions.
• Process payments by cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit and debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
