About The Position

Fabletics is hiring a Seasonal Store Associate for its Downtown Summerlin store in Las Vegas, Nevada. The associate delivers a high-quality retail shopping experience and helps customers connect their online and in-store shopping journeys using retail technology. The role is expected to last 3–4 months, with the possibility of extension, and reports to the Store Manager. The associate engages customers, shares product knowledge, supports store events and community projects, maintains merchandising standards, and works toward store and personal sales goals. The role also includes communicating inventory and training needs, contributing feedback to improve the business, maintaining safety and security standards, and unpacking inventory boxes weighing 10–30 pounds. This is an onsite position with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The work involves frequent movement and standing for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

At least one year of retail work experience is preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners in and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivated with good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work onsite, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to perform frequent moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
