About The Position

As a part-time Stylist at Kendra Scott, you bring the brand to life by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You serve as the face of the organization, share enthusiasm for its designs and purpose-driven brand, and represent Kendra Scott’s culture positively. You may work across the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• Love of fashion and keeping up with trends.
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and bringing energy to the role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest relationships, using WOW Service Principles to connect with guests and make a difference in their day.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to grow the brand footprint and store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and suggest products suited to their needs.
• Flex among the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Proactively assist in resolving guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Support the team in providing WOW experiences for guests, including behind-the-scenes work.
