The Retail Strategy Manager is responsible for leading and executing retail initiatives across Spurs Sports & Entertainment’s franchises, brands, and sales channels. This role owns the development, planning, and performance of retail programs, with a focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing the fan experience, and strengthening brand presence across local, regional, and global markets. This position partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, E-commerce, and external vendors to develop product strategies, optimize retail performance, and execute integrated retail campaigns. The Manager plays a key role in identifying opportunities, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence across all retail touchpoints. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, project ownership, and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
