We are seeking a Retail Store Shift Lead to join our team to support daily store operations and ensure customer service excellence.

Requirements

1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a professional appearance
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Prior sales, leadership, or supervisory experience is a plus
bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Provide customers with accurate information about store products and available services
Support customer inquiries and requests both in person and by phone
Handle daily store opening and closing procedures
Oversee and coordinate sales floor activities to ensure efficient operations
Welcome customers and deliver courteous, professional assistance
Keep the sales floor, stock areas, and displays clean and well-organized at all times
Process customer purchases accurately, including payments and receipt issuance
Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as necessary
Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by store management
