About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive Store Manager for its Castle Rock location. The Store Manager will report to the District Manager and will be responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate customer experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations. This role requires a passion for fashion, brand heritage, and a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. The ideal candidate will embrace originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and drive performance to achieve financial targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of store management experience
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading and motivating others
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), constantly moving, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to hit targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the store team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
