About The Position

Requirements
- Has a passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry (3+ years of store management experience required)
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others
- Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders
Responsibilities
- Modeling and coaching for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations
- Develop strategies to hit targets and maximize profits (Growing Sales)
- Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate your team (Building a Strong Team)
- Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations and visual merchandising (Operational Excellence)
- Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for everyone (Customer Focus)
