About The Position

Froehlich is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager to lead our retail location in Three Oaks, MI. If you have retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for organization and customer service, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the continued success of our store. This opportunity offers $18 - $20 per hour plus performance based pay and provides the chance to play a key role in driving store performance, supporting team success, and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Experience as a Retail Manager or in another managerial position
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
Excellent organizational skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Commercial awareness
Analytical mindset and familiarity with data analysis principles
Familiarity with POS systems and technology
Ability to follow and adhere to scheduling policies and company procedures
Ability to manage inventory rotation and replenishment processes
Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Preparing weekly schedules 7 - 10 days in advance and ensuring adherence to company scheduling policies and procedures.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store to maximize sales and minimize costs.
Organizing store operations, assigning responsibilities to team members, and motivating staff to perform at their highest potential.
Monitoring inventory levels and creating stock rotations in the sales floor, backroom, and hallway to ensure products remain replenished using FIFO and fill procedures across all departments.
Addressing customer concerns and complaints to maintain the store's reputation.
Inspecting store areas and resolving operational issues.
Overseeing in-store promotional events and displays.
Monitoring and updating the Wishbook.
Notifying Colleen of customer requests.
Maintaining the retail Google Sheet.
Staying informed of market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensuring the store remains compliant with all legal health and safety guidelines.
