About The Position

Viridian Staffing's Client is seeking a Store Manager for a fast-paced Cannabis Dispensary located approximately 30 minutes southeast of the Camden, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, area. The Store Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development of strategic, operational, and financial plans, and reporting results to the Business Owners. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously. The Store Manager will drive all aspects of the store, including developing KPIs, implementing marketing plans, hiring, training, and managing staff, managing P&L, conducting inventory audits, and ensuring compliance. This position is ideal for a results-driven retail management professional with experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment who is passionate about cannabis and excels at motivating, coaching, training, and mentoring staff.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in retail people management
• At least 1+ years of experience managing a regulated cannabis retail store
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Compliance-driven
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in New Jersey
• Highly motivated
• Data driven
• Exceptional retail people manager
